I can confidently say that EMeRG has given a direction to my career. Like many freshers, there was some ambiguity regarding my career when I joined EMeRG. However, working at EMeRG gave me confidence and clarity on how to progress my career. EMeRG is the best place to work for a fresher or anyone for that matter, who is passionate enough to learn, improve and progress in their respective careers.

My days at EMeRG are filled with adventure! As part of my research I travel the world of medical devices from right here at my desk. From large hospitals in Singapore to small outpost hospitals in African villages, every day is a learning experience. My main objective? To shine a light on the various challenges faced by the people of the world and make their voices heard. As a Trainee Research Associate, I strive to identify different need-gaps and challenges in healthcare systems across the world.

It has been more than one year working at EMeRG as Research Associate. The team has fully supported me to evolve professionally since day one. The work at EMeRG challenges me each day to improve one skill or the other. Not only does it motivate me to work on multiple exciting MedTech projects in the emerging markets but also to rejoice with the team we call EMeRGians. Also, we all love chocolates. Proud EMeRGian!

It has been more than two years working at EMeRG with a varied set of role changes. Under each role and designation, I had the pleasure of working closely with the industry analysts and drive insights for our clients.

The best part of being here characterized by the approach taken by the team to solve a problem. We, as a team understand each other’s strengths and work together to understand the challenges faced by our clients and try to help them. In the value chain, our work helps bring a positive change to the healthcare ecosystem.

Individually, the work culture at EMeRG has helped me as a Biomedical Engineer to better understand the MedTech devices and accelerate my learning curve in this industry.
